On Monday, August 27, Lisa flew down to Dallas to finish the trip plans. We had 4 days to book all the hotels for the trip. Bill, Debbie and Jade were at the airport and we met Katie at Uncle Julio's for dinner. The next morning, after wishing Debbie a Happy Birthday, we started looking for hotels. We needed to find 7 hotels and locating the right hotel in Toledo proved to be the most difficult. We finished the task late on Thursday evening. We spent Friday morning booking advance tickets for some sites we wanted to be sure to see. Lisa flew back to St. Louis on Friday afternoon. We were very happy with all we accomplished and now can't wait for the trip to begin.
